The constraint is steady motion while holding the camera yourself, and the ultra-wide 10-20mm plus Active SteadyShot is the answer. At 10–12mm the wide view shrinks any shake, Active mode smooths your walk, and arm’s-length framing still fits you and your surroundings. Shoot manual at 4K24, 1/50 (the 180° shutter) and f/4, let Auto ISO handle changing light, and use human recognition with a gentle transition speed so focus stays on your face without hunting.
Watch out for bright sun breaking the exposure. With the shutter locked at 1/50 for natural motion blur, a sunny day is several stops too bright — at EV 15, f/4, 1/50 you need roughly 5.4 stops of ND, so carry an ND32 or ND64. Without it your only options are a stopped-down, deep-focus look or a broken 180° shutter. The filter keeps both the exposure and the motion right.
