About Me

I build security-minded enterprise systems and explain them clearly.

My background spans cybersecurity, enterprise CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing automation), applied AI, and digital money. I work best in complex environments where risk is real and decisions need to be made with incomplete information.

I care about two things that are often treated as separate: the technical system and the human system. That is why I spend real time on executive communication, keynotes, and presentations that make tradeoffs legible.

I care about fundamentals: define the problem clearly, pick durable constraints, and build things people actually adopt.

What This Site Is

This site is my public workspace. It is where I share practical lessons from enterprise delivery, communication, money, and personal systems.

Main themes:

  • * Money - fundamentals, risk awareness, and mistake avoidance
  • * Security and AI - threat-minded thinking and practical frameworks
  • * Strength - consistency, fundamentals, and long-term progress
  • * Communication - demos, narrative, and trust-building

Everything is written to be useful in real decisions, not just interesting to read.

Selected Experience

Enterprise CRM and Automation

I have worked on CRM programs across insurance, banking, and capital markets organizations. Typical programs include large data volumes, broad user populations, legacy integration, and security/compliance requirements.

I focus on the parts that decide outcomes: clean architecture boundaries, data quality, training/adoption, and workflows that teams actually use.

Applied AI with Governance

I work on AI-enabled workflows that are explainable, auditable, and usable by real teams.

One focus area is Model Context Protocol (MCP) patterns that connect conversational tools to live data and contextual analysis while preserving governance and auditability.

Executive Communication

I have spent years presenting to executive audiences. I care about message structure, calm delivery, and giving decision-makers the minimum viable truth they need to move.

How I Work

I am systems-first and calm under pressure. I bias toward clear tradeoffs, practical architecture, and execution that survives real usage.

I value communication as much as implementation because trust usually decides whether an idea becomes reality.
